The applicants have filed this original application under Section
19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act , 1985 seeking the following reliefs:
“(i) Quash transfer policy for Group ‘B’ Nursing and Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ para medical cadre in ESIC vide E File No.Z-11011/6/2022-MED VI dated 07.12.2022-Annexure-A3 issued by Medical Commissioner, ESIC HQ, (Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India) Panchdeep Bhavan CIG Marg, New Delhi 110002 – Respondent No1.
(ii). Quash the Office Order No.25(MA) of 2024 vide letter No.53/A/22/14/01/Gr.B&C/2023/RO.Med(Admn) dated 14.08.2024 – Annexure A6 issued by the Regional Office-Karnataka, ESIC, Bangalore-560023 –Respondent No.2.
