In the present Original Application, filed under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act , 1985, the applicant has prayed for the following relief(s):
“8.1 To direct the respondent to correct the applicant's gender from "Male" to "Female" in her OARS registration record No. 2309199464293582009 and thereafter permit the applicant to apply Post Code 60/25 under for TGT (Social Science) Female Advertisement No.
06/2025 by 7.11.2025.
Or/and Any other relief which this Hon'ble court deems fit and proper may also be awarded to the applicant.”
2. Highlighting the facts of the case, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant belongs to the SC category. The applicant registered herself on the OARS portal in 2017-18, wherein, due to an inadvertent clerical mistake, her gender was selected as "Male" instead of
