ORDER

1. The SWP/WP(C) No. 1546/2014 was transferred from the Hon’ble High Court of Jammu and Kashmir at Jammu and was registered as T.A. No. 61/6904/2020 by the Registry of this Tribunal.

2. The present matter was filed before the Hon’ble High Court with following prayer:

“a) Certiorari quashing the Order No.3235 of 2011 dated 12-10- 2011 passed by respondent No. 2, Order no. 138 of 2010 dated 09-07-2010 passed by respondent No.3 and Order No. 104 of 2009 dated 22-05-2009 passed by respondent No.4, whereby, the petitioner has been removed from service.

b) Mandamus directing the respondents No. 1 to 6 to reinstate the petitioner as Constable in JKP with all consequential service and monetary benefits.

AND ALSO

c) For issuance of any other appropriate writ, order, direction or command, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents.”
