Hon’ble Mr. Rajinder Kashyap, Member (A):
By way of instant OA filed under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 , the applicant is seeking the following reliefs:
“(i) That the Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to pass an order of quashing the impugned order dated 30.04.2025 and order dated 6.5.2025, declaring to the effect that the same are illegal and arbitrary and consequently, pass an order directing the respondents to restore the panel and post the applicants as JE as they have already completed their training of 12 months with all the consequential benefits.
(ii) That the Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to pass an ord
