a. Allow the original Application and quash the impugned order vide no C/KPDCL/D/325 OF 2025 Dated 04.11.2025 (impugned order) passed by respondent no 3 interms of which the applicants have been transferred.

b. 2. Alongside the main reliefs, the petitioners have also sought for the following interim relief-

• In view of the above facts and circumstances illustrated in the preceding paragraphs, the Applicants humbly pray that till the final disposal of the instant application, this Honble Tribunal may kindly be pleased to pass an ex-parte ad-interim order and stay the operation of impugned transfer order vide no.
