O R D E R (O R A L)

Per: Hon’ble Justice Mr. Narendra Kumar Johari, Member (J):

1. Ld. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has submitted representation dated 28.07.2025 (Annexure A-6)

before respondent no. 7.

2. Ld. counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant will be satisfied if direction be issued to respondent no. 7 to consider and decide the representation of the applicant dated

28.07.2025 (Annexure A-6) in a time bound manner.

3. Ld. counsel for the respondents submits that pending representation of applicant shall be considered as per rules.

4. Heard ld. Counsels for both the parties.

5. In view of the above, the respondent no. 7/competent authority is directed to consider the representation of the applicant dated 28.07.2025 (Annexure A-6) and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With these directions, the Original Application No. 779 of

2025 is disposed of.

7. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

8. Needless to say that this Tribunal has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
