Per: - Rajinder Singh Dogra, Judicial Member
1. The SWP/WP(C) No. 2799/2014 was transferred from the Hon’ble High Court of Jammu and Kashmir at Jammu and was registered as T.A. No. 61/7845/2021 by the Registry of this Tribunal.
2. The present matter was filed before the Hon’ble High Court with following prayer:
i) Certiorari quashing the promotions of respondents Nos. 04 to 09 and other Class-IV employees junior to the petitioners made to the posts of Lab Assistant made in absolute disregard to the seniority position as contained in the combined tentative seniority list of School the of Class-IV employees Department for District Jammu;

Mandamus commanding the respondents No. 01 to 03 to promote the petitioners also against the post of Lab Assist
