ORDER

The present Original Application has been filed by the applicant seeking the following reliefs:
a) This Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to call for the records and proceeding of the case which led to the issuance of the impugned Seniority List dated 09.08.2023 i.e. Annex. "A1" and after going through its propriety, legality and constitutional validity be pleased to quash and set aside the same and accordingly direct the Respondents to place the Applicant above Respondent No.3 Shri Thule Gopal Wasudeo, in the Seniority List for the post of Office Superintendent with all consequential benefits
b) This Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to hold and declare that the Applicant is senior to Shri Thule Gopal Wasudeo in the post of Office Superintendent for all practical purpose including further promotion
