ORDER
Hon’ble Mr. Rajinder Kashyap, Member (A):
By filing the present OA under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act , 1985, the applicant is seeking the following reliefs:-
“8.1 That this Hon'ble Tribunal may be graciously pleased to allow the Application and· quash the impugned orders A-1, A-2 & A-3 and direct the Respondents to reinstate the Applicant and to give all consequential benefit including back wages and seniority.
8.2 To pass any other further orders.
8.3 To grant cost of the proceedings to the applicant.”
