This Original Application has been filed by the applicants against the order dated 11.05.2023 (Annexure A/1) whereby the claim of the applicants for absorption/regularization in services has been rejected.

2. Briefly stating, the facts of the case are that the applicants are working in the respondent department on daily wages in the Parcel Office since 2002. They applied to the competent authority for their regularization in view of the regularization given to Parcel Porters working in the Nagpur Division in line with the order dated 15.07.2010 (Annexure A/2) passed by the CGIT cum Labour Court, Nagpur (Annexure A/2). The respondents vide order dated 16.11.2016 turned down the claim of the applicants for regularization/absorption. The applicants filed Original Application No. 928/2017 before the Tribunal and the same was disposed vide order dated 09.02.2023, wherein the following directions were given:
