This Contempt Petition is filed by the petitioner alleging wilful disobedience and breach of the order passed by this Tribunal in O.A No. 580/2024 dated 23.01.2025.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has filed a memo reporting compliance along with the copy of the order dated 22.08.2025 issued to the Manager, State Bank of India, Centralized Pension Processing Centre regarding the revised PPO of the petitioner with the copy of the revised PPO. The same is taken on record.

3. Learned counsel Shri S Srinivasa Rao representing learned counsel Shri M Siddaraj for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no objections to close the contempt proceedings in view of the kavya shree k aforesaid compliance. A memo is filed in this regard. The same is taken on record.

4. In view of the aforesaid, contempt proceedings are dropped.

5. Contempt Petition stands closed. Notice discharged.

No order as to costs.
