By way of the instant O.A., the applicants have challenged the orders dated 19.11.2023, 01.12.2023 and 19.12.2023 vide which the respondents have passed the orders rejecting the representations of applicants for granting them financial up-gradation under MACP scheme w.e.f. their respective date of training. The applicants have prayed for the following relief(s): -

“(i) This Hon'ble Tribunal may be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned orders dated 19.11.2023, 01.12.2023 and 19.12.2023 passed by respondent No.2.

(ii) This Hon'ble Tribunal may be pleased to direct the respondents to MANISH MEHROTRA revisit the grant of financial up-gradation under MACP scheme by counting the qualifying period of 10, 20 and 30 years from their initial date of joining i.e 06.05.1993 and according fixed their pay as per rule and pay differential amount along with admissible interest thereupon and they may be allowed MACP-II w.e.f. 06.05.2013 and MACP-III w.r.f. 06.05.2023.

(iii) Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case may be given in favour of the applicants. (iv) Award the costs of the original applica
