1.Shri Shyamal Narain, counsel for the applicant and Shri Anil Kumar, counsel for the respondents in both the OAs are present. Ms. Shikha Dixit, counsel for the respondents in O.A. No. 759/2025 is present and heard.

2. Two OAs have been reserved by the Order dated 14.11.2025. First, the facts of case in O.A. No. 758 of 2025 are discussed. By the instant O.A. the applicant has prayed for following relief(s): -

“a) quash and set aside the impugned orders dated 09.08.2024, 30.07.2024 and 2108.2024 (Annexure Nos. A-1, A-2 and A-3 to Compilation No. I, respectively), only in so far as they relate to the applicant.

b) issue express and time-bound directions to the respondents to conduct a fresh screening for the applicant with clear instructions to the Screening Committee to consider him for alternative employment on a Non-technical or clerical post keeping in view his ocular condition and his fitness category of C-1, as certified by the Divisional Medical Committee, vide its Certificate of Recommendation For Alternative Employment on Medical Ground dated 30.09.2023 issued in respect of the applicant.
