Through this O.A., the applicants are seeking quashment of the corrigendum dated 25.05.2019 (Annexure A/2) and Final result dated 28.05.2019 (Annexure A/1). They are further seeking direction to the Respondent No. 2 to issue joining letters to them for the post of Hospital Attendant, Grade-III (Nursing Orderly).

2. Briefly stating, the facts of the case are that on 06.12.2017 (Annexure A/3), the Respondent no. 2 issued an advertisement for recruitment of various Group "C" post on direct recruitment basis for a total of 190 posts out of which there were 100 posts of Hospital Attendant, Grade-III (Nursing Orderly). The applicants being eligible for the post of Hospital Attendant, Grade-III (Nursing Orderly) submitted their application form. The applications of the Applicants were accepted by the Respondent no.2 and admit cards were issued to them for the written examination which was held on 27.02.2018. After completion of the computer based test exam, on 10.08.2018, the applicants were declared successful in the result. Thereafter on 08.03.2019 the Respondent no.2 issued a list of eligible/provisionally eligible/ineligible candidates. In the said list, the applicants were declared as eligible candidates for appointment to the post of Hospital Attendant, Grade-III (Nursing Orderly). Thereafter, Respondent no. 2 issued the Final Result on 24.05.2019 (Annexure A/5) in which the name of 100 candidates for Hospital Attendant, Grade-III (Nursing Orderly)
