In the present Original Application, the applicant has prayed for the following reliefs:

“(a) Quash the letter dated 04.09.2019 issued by the staff selection commission.

(b) Issue Direction to the respondent to issue JOINING LETTER/POSTING ORDER to the applicant to join_ the post of JUNIOR ENGINEER in CPWD as soon· as possible.

(c) Any other fit and proper relief.may also be granted to the app
