O R D E R
Hon’ble Mr. RajinderKashyap, Member (A): -
By way of the present O.A. filed under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, the applicants have prayed for the following reliefs: -
“(i) To call for the records of the case especially the video footage of the 1600 m race event held by the respondents on various dates between 13.01.2024 till 20.01.2024 for selection to the post of Constable (Exe) Male and Female;
(ii) Hold and declare manner in which the 1600 m race event was held by the respondents to be arbitrary and illegal and violative of set practices which were being followed by the respondents till date;
(iii) Consequently, quash and set aside the disqualification of the applicants herein from the PE&MT [1600m the race event] held by the respondents on various dat
