By virtue of the present Original Application (O.A.) filed under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, the applicant, who is an aspirant of All India Civil Services and appeared as an OBC candidate in Civil Services Examination (CSE)-2022 held by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), has sought for the following relief(s):
