ORDER
By Hon’ble Mr. Mohan Pyare, Member (A)
Present Original Application has been filed under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 , seeking the following relief:
“a. To quash the impugned order dated 22.10.2013 passed by the Respondent No.2 (Annexure No.1).
b. Issue a mandamus directing the respondents to grant the second financial up-gradation with effect from 01.09.2008 in grade pay Rs. 8840+2000 as pay band and third financial up-gradation with effect from 10.04.2010, 07.04.2010, 16.04.2010, 08.04.2010, 08.04.2010 and 12.09.2010 in grade pay Rs.9510+Rs.2400 as pay band to the applicants when they have completed 30 years satisfactory service according to provision of FR-22(1)(a)(1) and as the respondents have already granted to the above said three Chaukidar namely R.D. Singh Yadav, Raj Wal
