1.The Applicant has approached this Tribunal under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 praying for the following relief:
“8.1 That your Lordships may graciously be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned order dated 01.12.2017 together with Show Cause Notice dated 05.06.2017 as contained in Annexure-A/1 & A/9 respectively whereby the promotion of the Applicant to the post of Senior Clerk and Office Superintendent (E) has been cancelled.
8.2 That your Lordships may further be pleased to direct/ command the Respondents to treat the promotion of the Applicant as Senior Clerk and Office Superintendent (E) with effect from 02.06.2009 and 01.11.2013 at par with his juniors as contained in Annexure-A/5, A/6, A/7 & A/8 respectively are just and Patna valid and req
