The applicant in O.A No. 209 of 2017 submits that she was promoted as UD Clerk on 04.06.2009 in the State service and was on deputation from 16.04.2010 with Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) and subsequently absorbed to the ESIC on 04.03.2011 as UDC, vide A1. As per Government of Kerala order dated 01.01.2010 (Annexure A-2), sanction was given for handing over ESI hospitals at Paripally and Ezhukone to ESIC with effect from 01.01.2010 subject to terms and conditions mentioned in its order dated 15.10.2009 (Annexure A-3).
