This order shall govern disposal of CP No. 138/2024, CP No. 139/2024 and CP No. 193/2024 as non-compliance is alleged in respect of common order dated 20.07.2010 in O.A. No. 2199/2009 and learned counsel for the parties have argued on CP No. 139/2024, therefore, facts of said case are taken into consideration while passing this order.

2. The present C.P. has been filed by the applicant alleging non-compliance of the of prayer at para 8(A1) in O.A. No. 2199/2009 inter-alia by this Tribunal by which this Tribunal, in its common order dated 20.07.2010, has granted the following relief in favour of the applicant, relevant extract is as under:

“(1A) That the impugned order of the Respondent No. 3, which

granted ACP-II w.e.f. 05.03.2008 vide F.O. Part-2 No. 1269

dated 18.03.2008 in the Pay Scale of Skilled Grade i.e. Rs. 3050-4590 (Annex. A8a) also be set aside and ACP-II be granted w.e.f. 05.03.2008 in the Pay Scale of Highly Skilled Grade i.e.

Rs. 4000-6000"
