ORDER
Per: Mr. Anindo Majumdar, Administrative Member:
The applicant has approached this Tribunal under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunal Act , 1985 praying for the following relief(s):
“a) To reimburse Rs. 9,80,000/- towards medical bills which was incurred for the treatment of the deceased husband the ex-employee of the applicant immediately alongwith interest.
b) To pass such other or further relief or reliefs, order or orders, directions or directions as to this Hon'ble Tribunal may seem fit and proper.
c) To pass such other relief or reliefs that the applicants may be found to be entitled.
d) To quash and set aside the order dated April 24, 2024 at Annexure a/5.”
2. The applicant is the widow of Late Syed Nurul Islam, who was an employee and pensioner of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL). The husband of the applicant was admitted in Woodlands Multi Speciality Hospital, Kolkata for treatment in November 2016 and had expired on 18.12.2016. The applicant h
