The present O.A. has been filed by the applicant under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, seeking following reliefs:-

“8. a) Set aside the Impugned Shortlisting Order given by Respondent No.1 in declaring the Applicant to be "overage" under Advt. No. 06/2025.

b) Declare the Applicant to be a person with Benchmark Disabilities and direct the Respondents to extend consequential benefits including age relaxation and other benefits applicable to PwD candidates

c) Direct the Respondent to consider the Applicant for the post of Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Pathology), Department of Health and Family Welfare, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare under the vacant seats in the PwBD category, as per the set procedures and provisions prescribed under Section 34 of the RPwD Act, 2016 , in line with the principles of reasonable accommodation;

d) Direct the respondent no.1 to permit the applicant to appear in the interview for the said posts;

e) Direct the Respondents to pay compensation to the Applicant, for the mental agony, pain and suffering caused, due to Respondent's callous and indifferent attitude as may be de
