ORDER

1. The SWP No.2674/2012 was transferred from the Hon’ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir at Jammu and was registered as T.A No.87/2025 by the Registry of this Tribunal.
2. The present matter was filed before the Hon’ble High Court seeking following relief: -
It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that in view of the submissions made above and those to be urged at the time of hearing,Your Lordships may kindly please to issue a writ or order in the nature of:-
a) Certiorari for quashing the University order No.164(EST) dated 28/08/2012 to the extent.
b) Writ of Mandamus directing the Official Respondent to promote the Petitioner as Accountant as per the seniority from dated.28- 08- 2012 i.e. is the date from which the Respondent No.5 was promoted.
c) Or issue any other appropriate Writ, command, direction or Order which the Hon'ble court may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of
