ORDER
Per: - Rajinder Singh Dogra, Judicial Member
1. The applicant has filed the present Original Application under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 seeking the following reliefs: -
a) Quashing/setting aside the Government Order No. 17 JK (Rev) of 2025, dated 11-2-2025, issued by respondent No. 2, whereby, sanction accorded to the grant of superannuation pension and other benefits in favour of the applicant has been withdrawn abinitio and post facto sanction purportedly under Article 168- D of the J&K CSR has been accorded to the grant of provisional pension in his favour and PPO, GPO & CPO dated 23-12-2024, issued by respondent No. 4 and Cash in Lieu/Leave Salary sanctioned vide Govt order No. 135 JK (Rev) of 2024, dated 27-11-2024 by the Revenue Department rescinded
