1. The SWP No.2562/2018 was transferred from the Hon’ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir at Jammu and was registered as T.A No.160/2023 by the Registry of this Tribunal.
2. The present matter was filed before the Hon’ble High Court seeking following relief: -
a) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to give effect to the engagement order of the petitioner bearing No.ZEO/P/SSA/10/161-65 dated 30-12-2010 issued by the respondent No.4 w.e.f. the year 2003 i.e. the date on which one Kushma Devi was engaged pursuant to advertisement notice No.CEO/D/SSA/Advt/18643-75 dated 18-12-2002 issued by respondent No.3 in view of the
