1. The SWP No.2517/2017 was transferred from the Hon’ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir at Jammu and was registered as T.A No.7304/2020 by the Registry of this Tribunal.

2. The present matter was filed before the Hon’ble High Court seeking following relief: -

(a) allow the present writ petition;

(b) quash the Order No. ICDS/M/189-203/17 dt. 27.09.2017 issued by respondent No. 5 qua respondents No. 6 & 7 by virtue of which the respondents No. 6 & 7 have been adjusted on the post of Supervisor;

(c) command the respondents to consider the petitioner for her promotion against the post of Supervisor lying vacant with the respondents including the post at Sector Sawjian and Sector Sathra;

(d) Any other order, writ or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents.
