ORDER
Per Kumar Rajesh Chandra, A.M..:- This OA has been filed by the applicant seeking the following relief:-
“(a) That the Respondent No. 5 be directed to cancel the Order dated 20.09.2024 bearing No. AN/1B/111/NL/GT/2024 (Annexure-12) passed by Additional Controller of Defence Accounts, Patna, Respondent No.5 without properly considering the Applicant’s representation dated 10.09.2024 and without following the Transfer Policy No. 0600/AN-X/Vol. XXI dated 28.03.2024 and Transfer Policy No. AN/1B/038/T.P./Vol-VIII dated 14/09/2022, passed the order dated 20.09.2024 in arbitrary manner.
