ORDER

Per: - Rajinder Singh Dogra, Judicial Member

1. The SWP/WPC/NO./518/2014was transferred from the Hon’ble High

Court of Jammu & Kashmir at Jammu and was registered as T.A

/636/2020by the Registry of this Tribunal.

2. The present matter was filed before the Hon’ble High Court seeking

following relief: -

a) Issuance of an appropriate writ, direction, or order of the

nature of respondents no. 06 to 11 who were not eligible to be

considered for selection for the post of Teacher District Cadre

Reasi as their qualification certificates from Universities /

Institutions falling outside the state of J&K were doubtful

without bonafide certificates as indicated in the select list.

b) Issuance of an appropriate writ, direction, or order of the

nature of Mandamus_directing the respondents no. 1 to 5 to

consider the petitioner for the selection and appointment as

teacher in District Cadre Reasi.

c) Issuance of an appropriate writ, direction or order which is just

and proper in the facts and circumstance of the case to grant

relief to the petitioner.
