Per: - Rajinder Singh Dogra, Judicial Member

1. The WP(C) No. 578/2020 was transferred from the Hon’ble High

Court of Jammu & Kashmir at Jammu and was registered as T.A

No/374/2020 the Registry of this Tribunal.

2. The present matter was filed before the Hon’ble High Court seeking

following relief: -

a) In view of the above submissions and those to be urged at the

time of hearing, it is, therefore, most humbly prayed that the

directions may kindly be issued to the respondents:-

b) To quash the Government Order No: 265-Edu of 2019, dated

02-08-2019 passed by the respondent No:-1, rejected the case

of the petitioner for appointment of the petitioner as Teacher in

District Rajouri, under Ex-service category, in pursuance to the

Advertisement Notification No.01 of 2008 dated 22-04-2008, by

which the respondents have invited applications for the post of

teacher in different districts including Rajouri District, by

issuance of writ of certiorari;

c) To issue directions to the respondents to appointment the

petitioner as Teacher in District Rajouri, under Ex-service
