1. The SWP/WPC/2658/2016 was transferred from the Hon’ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir at Jammu and was registered as T.A No.1014/2021 by the Registry of this Tribunal.
2. The present matter was filed before the Hon’ble High Court seeking following relief: -

It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that for the reasons stated hereinabove and those to be urged at the time of hearing, by issuing appropriate writ, direction or order in the nature of writ of certiorari:-
(1) Select list issued vide Notification 19-PSC(DRS) of 2016 dated 29.06.2016 by the respondent No. 2 in so far as it pertains to the private respondents No. 4 to 13 here
