1. The WP(C) No. 2008/2019 was transferred from the Hon’ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir at Jammu and was registered as T.A No/445/2020 by the Registry of this Tribunal.
a) Writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to consider the case of petitioner for issuance of appointment order for the post of Teacher in Open Category District Rajouri in response to Advertisement notice No. 06 of 2013 dated 10.05.2013 item No. 555 with all consequential benefits, with a further direction to the respondents to accord similar treatment to the petitioner as has been accorded to all other candidates figuring in waiting list of General line Teachers in Distt Rajouri against advertisement notice No. 06 of 2013 dated 10.05.2013 its No.555.
