1. The SWP No.3025/2015 was transferred from the Hon’ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir at Jammu and was registered as T.A No.2369/2020 by the Registry of this Tribunal.
2. The present matter was filed before the Hon’ble High Court seeking following relief: -
a) “allow the present writ petition;
b) quash Order No. 896-Fishries of 2015 dated 27.10.2015 passed by respondent No. 2, whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been reverted from the post of Jr. Engineer to the post of Work Supervisor without holding an enquiry and without granting an opportunity of being heard, despite the fact that the petitioner was promoted from the post of Work Supervisor to the post of Junior Engineer substantively on the
