ORDER
Per: - Rajinder Singh Dogra, Judicial Member
1. The SWP No.1503/2017 was transferred from the Hon’ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir at Jammu and was registered as T.A No.686/2022 by the Registry of this Tribunal.
2. The present matter was filed before the Hon’ble High Court seeking following relief: -
a) Allow this writ petition of the petitioner.
b) Issue Writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents more particularly respondents nos.1 & 2 to accord all notional and consequential service benefits to the petitioner, in lieu of the appointment order issued vide Govt Order No.93- Rev(NG) of 2016 dated 27-07-2016 against the post of Naib- Tehsildar issued in favour of petitioner, including the benefit of notional seniority w.e.f. the year 20
