ORDER

Per: - Rajinder Singh Dogra, Judicial Member

1. The WP(C) No. 800/2021 was transferred from the Hon’ble High

Court of Jammu & Kashmir at Jammu and was registered as T.A

No/106/2023 the Registry of this Tribunal.

2. The present matter was filed before the Hon’ble High Court seeking

following relief: -

a) allow the present Writ Petition;

b) direct the respondents to regularize the services of the

petitioner as Junior Assistant in terms of the provisions of the

J&K Civil Services (Special Provisions) Act, 2010 and in the

light of the approval given by the Empowered Committee in the

year 2015;

c) direct the respondents to regularize the services of the

petitioner immediately after the appointed day in terms of the

section 10 of the J&K Civil Services (Special Provisions) Act,

2010;

d) direct the respondents to issue LPC and prepare the service

book of the petitioner after regularization of the services of the

petitioner;

e) direct the respondents to fix the salary of the petitioner as per

the existing pay
