ORDER

Per: - Rajinder Singh Dogra, Judicial Member

1. The SWP No.218/2017 was transferred from the Hon’ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir at Jammu and was registered as T.A No.854/2020 by the Registry of this Tribunal.

2. The present matter was filed before the Hon’ble High Court seeking following relief: -

a) WRIT OF CERTIORARI:-

(i) Quashing the Advertisement Notice No. 1 of 2012 dated

19-07-2012 as contained in Annexure-A.

b) WRIT OF MANDAMUS:-

(i) commanding on the respondent No.2 & 3 to recommend the names of petitioners 1 to 5 & 8 to 10 for appointment of teachers and petitioner No.6 for class-IV and petitioner No.7 for Acctt. Asstt. posts on the analogy of the petitioners of other writ petitions as well as the petitioners in the LPA No.207/2012 as per the merit obtained by the candidates prepared by the respondent No.2 & 3 in pursuance of advertisement Notice No.01 of

2010.

c) Any other order which this
