1. The applicant has filed the present Original Application under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 seeking the following reliefs: -
a) “allow the instant Original Application;
b) quash impugned communication bearing No. PNRJ -3/S-5/2023-24/2128-29 dated 09.12.2023 addressed by respondent no. 3 to respondent no. 2 whereby and whereunder, it has been conveyed by respondent no. 3 to respondent no. 2 that the initial pay of the applicant was wrongly fixed @Rs. 2240 in the pay scale of 1760-3200 instead of @Rs.1720 in the pay scale of 1400-2300 and accordingly the respondent no. 2 was requested to regulate t
