ORDER
Per: - Rajinder Singh Dogra, Judicial Member
1. The SWP No.2306/2018 was transferred from the Hon’ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir at Jammu and was registered as T.A No/874/2021 the Registry of this Tribunal.
2. The present matter was filed before the Hon’ble High Court seeking following relief: -
i) Certiorari, quashing Order No. 294 of 2015 dated 29.05.2015 passed by the respondent No. 3 whereby annual increment of the petitioner has been forfeited for a period of one year along with inquiry report dated 14.05.2015;
ii) Certiorari, quashing the order No. 522 of 2017 dated 20.12.2017 passed by the respondent No. 3 on the review petition filed by the petitioner thereby rejecting the review petition filed by the petitioner;
iii) Any other writ, order or direction f
