ORDER

Mr. M.K. Upadhyay, learned counsel for the applicants

and Mr. Chakrapani Vatsyayan, learned counsel for the

respondents are present and heard.

2. This O.A. has been filed on 02.02.2026 by the applicants

under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 for

the following main relief(s):-

“(i) Thus Hon'ble Tribunal may be pleased to direct the

respondents to grant the applicant one notional increment

for the period from 01.07.2013 to 30.06.2014 applicant

no.1, 01.07.2014 to 30.06.2015 applicant no.2, 01.07.2015

to 30.06.2016 applicant no. 3, 01.07.2016 to 30.06.2017

applicant no. 4, 01.07.2017 to 30.06.2018 applicant no.5,

01.07.2018 to 30.06.2019 applicant no.6, 7, and 8,

01.07.2019 to 30.06.2020 applicant no.9 and 01.07.2021 to

30.06.2022 applicant no. 10 for purposes of pensionery

benefits and accordingly re-fix his pension and other

pensionery benefits and pay the arrears along with

admissible interest thereupon.

(ii) Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit

and proper in the circumstances of the case may be given

in favour of the applicant.

(iii) Award the costs of the original application in favour of the

applicant.”
