Per Hon’ble Mr. Prasant Kumar, Member (Admn.) The instant O.A. is filed by the applicant before this Tribunal by way of which she has sought for the following reliefs:

a. Issue an appropriate order or direction setting aside the impugned order bearing No. 93-SSB of 2023, dated 04.05.2023, issued by Respondent Services Selection Board, in terms of which the candidature of the Applicant for consideration against the post of Junior Staff Nurse/Junior Grade Nurse, under OSC category, has illegally and arbitrarily been rejected b. Issue an appropriate order or direction setting aside the impugned selection list bearing No. SSB/Sel/Secy/2022- 23/283-92 22.02.2023, to the extent it excludes the name of Applicant from being considered for selection against the post of Junior Staff Nurse/Junior Grade Nurse in the Respondent Department.

c. In the alternative, appropriate order or direction be issued to the Respondents to forward the recommendation of the Applicant for the post of Junior Staff Nurse/Junior Grade Nurse, under Open Merit category, on the basis of her merit and suitability, coupled with the fact that the Respondent Board had already considered her candidature under the said category vide the impugned order bearing No. 93-SSB of 2023, dated 04.05.2023.
