2. In the instant OA, the applicant seeks the following relief:

“to call for records of the Representation dated 17.11.2025 and to direct the 1^st and the 2^nd Respondent to consider the same, and further direct the Respondents to Transfer the Applicant in accordance with Clause 9 of the Master Circular No. 24, bearing No. E(NG)I/2019/TR/10 dated 17.08.2023 and to issue any other order or
