ORAL ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

2. In the instant OA, the applicant seeks the following relief:

“to call for records of the Representation dated 17.11.2025 and to direct the 1st and the 2nd Respondent to consider the same, and further direct the Respondents to Transfer the Applicant in accordance with Clause 9 of the Master Circular No. 24, bearing No. E(NG)I/2019/TR/10 dated 17.08.2023 and to issue any other order or direction, this Hon'ble Court deems fit and thus render justice.”

3. When the matter is taken up for admission hearing, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has filed several representations seeking transfer on spouse grounds since 04.03.2025, the last being on 17.11.2025 and the same are pending consideration before the respondents. Therefore, he submitted that the applicant would be satisfied if a direction be given to the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation given by the applicant within a timeframe to be stipulated by this Tribunal.

4. Dr. D. Simon, learned counsel, appears for respondents and has no objection for issuing the direction as above.

5. In view of the limited relief sought, OA is disposed of at the admission stage without entering into the merits of the case, with a direction to the respondent to consider and dispose of the representations of the applicant dated 17.11.2025 and pass a speaking order thereon within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. The OA is disposed of on the above lines at the admission stage.
