ORDER
Hon’ble Mr. Manish Garg, Member (J):
The instant OA has been filed by the applicant under Section
19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 seeking the following reliefs: -
“(a) quash and set aside the decision of Respondents as reflected, indicated, mentioned and ordered in impugned orders dated 19.07.2021, 28.09.2021 and 05.08.2022 (Annexure A/1, A/2 and A/3) to the extent mentioned above; and (b) direct the Respondents to extend full benefit of judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 6283/2015 dated 04.03.2021 and accord seniority to the applicant initially to the rank of Astt. Sub-Inspector from the year of promotion as per order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
(c) direct the Respondents to revise the seniority and promotion of the applicant accordingly at all levels; and (d) issue revised pay fixation orders and revise all the retiral benefits accordingly; and (e) pay arrears arising thereto forthwith (f) award interest @ 18% p.a.
(g) pass any other order/direction which this Hon'ble Tribunal deems fit and proper in favour of the applicant and against the respondents in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
2.Highlighting the facts of the case, learned counsel for the applicant stated that by way of the present OA the applicant is seeking full implementation and extension of complete benefit of judgment dated 04.03.2021 passed by Hon’ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 6283/2015 in the matter of Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Ors. Vs. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant drew attention to the order dated 28.09.2021 passed by the respondents. Relevant portion of the same reads as under:

4. Learned counsel for the applicant relied upon the decision rendered by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Civil Appeal No. 6283/2015 in the matter of Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Ors. Vs. Ravinder Pal. Relevant portion of the judgment reads as under:
