1. The SWP No. 1228/2006 was transferred from the Hon’ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir at Jammu and was registered as T.A No.

3646/2021 by the Registry of this Tribunal.

2. The present matter was filed before the Hon’ble High Court seeking following relief: -

a) “Writ of certorari quashing theimpugned order No: 152 of

2004 dated 11-03-2004.

b) Writ of mandamus commanding on respondents to allow petitioner to resume the duties henceforth without being influenced by the order dated 11-0
