The present MA filed by the applicants for joining together in a single OA stands allowed for the reasons mentioned therein.

2. Brief facts of the case are that the applicants are serving government employees who initially joined the Central Secretariat Stenographers Service (CSSS) as Stenographer Grade ‘D’ and are presently working as Stenographers/Personal Assistants (Grade C and D) in various Ministries. They were fully eligible to appear in the Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE) for Grade ‘C’ Stenographe
