By Ms. Mallika Arya, AM The applicant was recruited as a temporary employee (Season Paniwala) on Vijaynagar Railway Station of Western Railway in 1987. On the basis of Circular dated 24.11.200 (Annexure A-5) 125 temporary employees were selected for regular appointment for the post of Track Man after undergoing the screening test. Due to the mistake of clerical staff, the name, father‟s name and place of posting of the applicant was wrongly typed as Ranprasad ins
