ORDER (Oral)

Per Hon’ble Mr. M.S. Latif, Member (Judl.):- The instant Writ Petition was initially filed before the Hon’ble High Court of J&K at Srinagar and was numbered as SWP No. 564/2019. The petitioner seeks for the following reliefs:

a. Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ declaring the impugned action of the Respondent No.2, in placing the services of the Petitioner vide impugned Order No.386-DES of 2016 dated 11.06.2016 under suspension, unwarranted and unjustified, totally arbitrary and dehors the rules as well as oppressive, thus non-est in law and liable to be interdicted, be issued in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondents;

b. Writ, Order or Direction including one in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned Order No.386-DES of 2016 dated 11.06.2016 placing the services of the Petitioner under suspension, be also issued in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondents;

c. Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ commanding the Respondents in particular Respondent No.2 to Review in faithful compliance with the mandate of Law the impugned Order of Suspension of the Petitioner bearing No.386-DES of 2016 dated 11.06.2016, and on such Review to reinstate the Petitioner into service with all consequential service benefits, be also issued in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondents;

d.
