In the present Original Application filed under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, the applicant has sought for the following relief(s):-

“I) Quash and set aside the Impugned order dated 09.04.2019 placed as Annexure A-1, vide which the candidature of the applicant has been illegally cancelled and he has been debarred from
