Through this Original Application the applicant is claiming pensionary and terminal benefits, which has not been disbursed to the applicant.

2. The case of the applicant is that the applicant is the unfortunate widow of Late Rajendra Kumar Khandelwal, who died on 30.03.2018. The undersigned has been fighting for her rights to get the family pension and the terminal benefits due to her.
