ORAL ORDER

2. In the instant OA, the applicant seeks the following relief:
“(a) Call for all the relevant file of papers/records relating to the non-payment of Children Education Allowance to the applicant by the Respondents & peruse the same;
(b) Direct the Respondents to consider the application dated 19-03-2025 (Annexure A-1) submitted by the applicant for payment of Children Education Allowance to the tune of Rs. 43,000/- (Rupees Forty Three Thousand) and pass appropriate orders on Annexure A- 1/Application for CEA, within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon.ble Tribunal & communicate the same to the Applicant forthwith; and (c) pass any other order(s) as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.”
3. When the matter is taken up for admission hearing, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has filed this OA due to non-payment of children's education allowance to him. Though he had submitted the requisite form for the claim for the period 2024-2025 on 19.03.2025, till date, he has not been reimbursed the education allowance. Though the other staffs have been given the allowance, he is singled out and not paid. Though he has given several representations on 07.06.2025, 02.07.2025 and 13.08.2025, the respondents have neither given him the allowance nor responded to his submitted that the applicants would be satisfied if a direction is given to the respondents to consider and dispose of his representations within a timeframe to be stipulated by this Tribunal.
4. Dr. D. Simon, learned counsel, takes advance notice on behalf of respondents and submits that he does not have any objection for issuing the direction as above.
5. In view of the above submissions, OA is disposed of at the admission stage without entering into the merits of the case, with a direction to the respondents to consider the representations of the applicant given on 07.06.2025, 02.07.2025 and 13.08.2025 and pass considered speaking order thereon within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. The OA is disposed of on the above lines at the admission stage.
