2 . The applicant has filed this OA under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 to claim ex-gratia compensation of Rs.3,06,180/- with 18% interest thereon.

submitted a copy of letter dated 24.09.2024 stating that the payment of Rs.3,06,180/- has been made by way of Pay Order bearing No.002180 dated 24.09.2024 being a difference of Employees Compensation amount due to fatal accidental death occurred during the course of employment of the deceased employee on 22.05.2009.
